the Clerk of Johnson Su-
perior Court 2, 5 E. Jeffer-
son St., Franklin, IN
46131. The Petition for
Adoption alleges that the
consent by natural mother
to adoption of Serenity
Rose Spears has been
filed with the Court.
If Deon Angela Spears
seeks to contest the adop-
tion of the child, Deon An-
gela Spears must file a
motion to contest the
adoption in accordance
with IC 31-19-10-1 in the
above named court not
later than thirty (30) days
after the date of service of
this notice.
If Deon Angela Spears
does not file a motion to
contest the adoption with-
ing thirty (30) days after
service of this notice the
above-named court will
her and determine the
Peition for Adoption. The
consent to adoption of Se-
renity Rose Spears will be
irrevocably implied and
Deon Angela Spears will
lose the right to contest ei-
ther the adoption or the
vlidity of Serenity Rose
Spears implied consent to
the adoption.No oral state-
ment made to Deon An-
gela Spears relieves Deon
Angela Spears of Deon
Angela Spears obligations
under this notice.
